I met Rajesh Mandlik ten years back and quickly realized I could learn much from this man about doing business in and outside India. My inclination was correct and he has proved to be a great business partner. Rajesh’s approach to business reflects his approach to life.  Production Engineer with SKF India Ltd., moved to Sales in the year 1994.
 Represented Rollon Hydraulics Pvt Ltd. Bangalore in Pune, gained experience of selling Busak+Shamban Seals, which today is known as Trelleborg Seals. Since then Sales and Marketing are main domain.
 Had experience of signing JV with Setco of USA and then continued successful partnership since 2012, by the name Setco Spindles India Pvt Ltd.
 Expanded Indian operations out of Pune.
 Also set up green field projects in Chennai and Manesar (Gurgaon).
